Begin the high-priority Emergency-Isolation-Audit by performing a Full-Circuit-Verification of the main service panel and all sub-panels. The primary objective is to verify that 100% of the circuit breakers are accurately labeled, as a mislabeled panel is a critical life-safety hazard that can lead to Accidental-Energization of a circuit during a repair or a catastrophic delay during an electrical fire or plumbing flood. Start by performing the Physical-Legibility-Scan: ensure that every label is clearly written in permanent ink or printed; discard any legacy labels written in faded pencil or using confusing shorthand (like Master which could mean bedroom, bath, or closet).
